This is a shot of the sidewalk of our towns high street.
We have a lot of restaurants on our high street and they are all allowed to extend their seating almost to the road, Only a narrow 3 ft or so is allowed for pedestrians which means single file only. Our city is usually pretty sensible about this type of thing but it should rethink this one as it makes walking in the town center, especially in the early evening when the restaurants are busy, a pain.
As far as editing this photo goes I added a vignette along with a gradient to increase the blur in the background with Lightroom 4.
